Let's face it, we're not always as good as we should be at telling the people most important to us how much we love and appreciate them. In fact, much of what we should say, often goes left unsaid, and our research has revealed just how much of an issue this is, with 66% of us admitting we could share love and appreciation with those closest to us more often.
This Autumn, Interflora is hoping to change this, and is encouraging the nation to SEND MORE LOVE, whatever the occasion, and celebrate these everyday portraits of love no matter how big or small they are.

So, whether it's a grand gesture, a birthday celebration, an anniversary, or a simple "thank you" to a friend, you don't need a reason to send more love, and it's your chance to create a truly meaningful moment for someone you care about.

To help you on your way, we've created a special app where you can tell us who in your life you most want to show love and appreciation to - and you could both win a beautiful Interflora bouquet for your trouble.
We’ve also enlisted the services of Dr Becky Spelman, one of the UK's leading psychologists and relationship expert, who will be providing advice and guidance into how we can better show love and gratitude to the people in our lives most important to us, and the benefits this can bring us when it comes to our own wellbeing and happiness.

Send More Love Stories

Best Friends

A good friend is someone who knows all your stories, a best friend has lived them with you.

Meet Charlotte and her best friend Belle. This pair have experienced life’s ups and downs and been there for each other through everything. Their story of friendship is real and the love they have for one another is undeniable.

Proving you don’t need to wait until a birthday or any big occasion to show someone you care, these two talk to us about tougher times and getting through them together.

The Midwife

This is the real life story of Joseph. He talks about his wife's fear of hospitals and how a couple of minor complications meant that they could no longer have the home birth they had planned. Alice was the midwife on shift and was able to be the calm in the storm, helping to deliver baby Jocelyn into the world.

Unfortunately Alice went off shift before the new parents could thank her properly. We brought them back together and think so many people will be able to relate to their story.

Family, through thick and thin.

Meet sisters, Sylvia and Verona. They are from a large family and have a lot of love for each other, though they may not tell the other as much as they think they should.

In this heart-warming video, we hear Sylvia explain what big sister, Verona, means to her.
