Recipient said it was beautiful - but the photograph she sent showed that the lilies were still in bud so it wouldn't have had the impact intended. However, it will probably last well and it was delivered to the right person and on time.
I ordered the Winter Chic Hand-tied bouquet as a New Year surprise for my sister. Unfortunately the florist hadn't got the specified contents available and had to supply replacement flowers. The bouquet was very disappointing and totally underwhelming. I chose a lovely bouquet and the one delivered looked like it contained all they had left after Christmas. My advice: Don't order between Christmas and New Year. The stocks don't seem to be replenished. If you order, don't pick a specified bouquet. I should have ordered by phone, not online and asked for the best they could supply. I was extremely disappointed and rather embarrassed by the bouquet delivered. I've even ordered a replacement due to arrive today and I just hope that it really is stunning this time.
The flowers were the right shades and types from the photograph, but the foliage was not frosted winter berries. This was replaced by christmas tree foliage. Whilst the recipient was happy, I would prefer, when ordering from abroad to absolutely certain that I know what I am giving and paying for
The flowers were fresh and whilst I didn't count them, I'm sure there were same number of stems as mentioned in the description. They just didn't look much like the picture, which was rather a shame as that's what I thought I was buying. In the event they didn't look any better than a bunch from the supermarket.
Ordered this bouquet as a Christmas gift for my parents, a few days before I was due to visit. It arrived looking like a poor comparison compared to the photos on the Interflora website, and when I arrived three days later, the roses were already shedding, and wilting despite being in the cool shade, the lillies were very disappointing. A real shame, considering the success of orders I have sent before from IF. Will seriously be considering chasing a refund on this poor effort, considering the price.
I have received a picture of the arrangement I ordered as a Christmas gift for my Mother, I ordered the large arrangement and it looked like the arrangement received had ALOT of greenery and not as many flowers as indicated in the pictures. I order flowers 3-4 times a year through yourselves and was dissapointed at this arrangement which i really wanted to be special. I hope future purchases are better or i will reconsider who I order through.
I have used inter flora for a 20 years and have always been more than happy with service, price and value for money until my recent order. Whilst the flowers were nice and delivery was good I was left disappointed with the size or amount that was received. I upgraded the flowers purchased to add more as it was my wife's birthday but it was somewhat lacking. I would still recommend you though.
