Flowers beautiful, chocolate fab! However, we were out when the delivery came but received an e-mail to say the flowers had been left in a safe place. When we returned home the next day we couldn't find them. Fortunately, a neighbour had taken the flowers in as they had been left on the doorstep in full view of the street - luckily nothing untoward happened but someone might have seen them and realised the house was empty which is obviously worrying - hence the 4 stars and not the perfect 5.
The gift had an excellent quality , as well as well arranged , it was worth the value for money, the freshness was appropriate as well the longevity , but the most important thing was missing " the message Card" , so my wife did received the flowers but didn't know who sent , until she arrived home and I did the second surprise , just because the card wasn't there.
Not only did my parents love the flowers (Dad especially loving the chocolate lollipop's!) that I sent for their anniversary but the customer service I received was excellent. I had organised the delivery date and then found out that my parents were going overseas 2 days prior to that date - I panicked! I emailed Interflora and asked if they could please bring the date of delivery forward to asap. The git was delivered without fuss the next day! I highly recommend this service, not only for the high quality product but also for the very timely and effective customer service. Thank you
THIS WAS AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT FOR MY PARTNER. FIRSTLY THE BOUQUET ARRIVED AT 19:00 HRS ON DAY. MUCH TOO LATE TO BE OF USE, THE DAY WAS PRACTICALLY OVER. THE FLOWERS, ALTHOUGH LOOKING GOOD AT ARRIVAL DIED WITHIN A FEW DAYS! EXTREMELY UPSET OVER THIS, SO TO OF COURSE WAS MY PARTNER. WILL HAVE TO RECONSIDER USING INTERFLORA IN FUTURE!
Quality of product not good enough considering how much it cost. Quality of Inter-flora customer services - dreadful. Unhelpful and bordering on rude. Doubt I'll be re-using this service any time soon.

My wife received the gift, however, there were only 11 roses and 11 chocolate lollipops when there should of been 12 of each.

My wife was thrilled with the gift, she did not know that there should of been 12 roses and chocolates and despite the roses not being the freshest it was for me value for money, although I would expect to receive the number of flowers which I had paid for.

flowers arrived too late on anniversary, notes regarding delivery times of couriers are not clear enough and quality of flowers when they arrived were not up to scratch. they looked like they had been driven around all day by a courier in a van and lasted less than 2-3 days overall not happy especially given the price
I ordered hand-tied roses with lollipops for my wife's first Mother's Day and having had excellent service several times before, ended up very disappointed indeed this time. The flowers looked fine when they arrived and were packaged really well. However, having arrived on the Saturday afternoon, they were dead by Tuesday. I followed all care instructions to the letter and would have expected a lot more for over £50! Will think twice before using the service again.
I bought this for my wife for Valentine's Day. The roses are nice and are still doing well almost 2 weeks later. The arrangement was very disappointing: - the roses were almost all bunched together, not spread out - the chocolate hearts were not visible at all and we had to pull them out to make them visible
If it was just for the roses I would recommend it but not at all for the arrangement!
Upon arrival the flowers were lovely however after two days in water they looked shocking, nearly dead, not sure if they had been treated and then deprived but was not happy with the longevity of them. Haven't checked the terms and conditions for the longevity yet however I'm sure they are supposed to last longer. Shame, good start.
