Flowers were ordered for my daughter who announced her engagement - they were delivered on the day requested, my daughter said the bouquet was beautiful and roses were still fresh six days on. Very happy and would recommend this choice.
Delivery instructions not followed, looked very nice for 2 days but then started to look tired. Renewed water/feed but never improved. Gypsophila started to smell after 4 days and we threw it away, white rose petals were turning brown. Finally gave up and threw them in the recycling bin after 6 days. I expected better for the cost.
Lovely flowers however not the white roses I specifically requested to be delivered to my mum for her 70th birthday (various blooms in pink). My mum is not keen on white lillies, which she knows I am aware of, so I would have hoped the substitute flowers to be mostly roses.
I acknowledge that an email was sent to notify me of this change, however, it was too short notice to cancel my order. I was disappointed and will consider buying them directly from a local florist in future.
I have given 2 stars as the flowers were well presented and delivered on the day requested, however, they were left on my doorstep without knocking or ringing the bell and we were in all day.
I was very disappointed with this Easter gift for my wife as the gypsophila lasted 1 day and the roses lasted 3 days. Not what I would expect from interflora and I will not be using the interflora service for the foreseeable future.
I wanted to send my daughter flowers for the birth of her new baby, and I wanted them to arrive on the same day as the birth. I chose a white bouquet as I know she likes white flowers. She was delighted with them.
I was told that the bouquet arrived on time and in lovely condition. It was fresh and has lasted well and I would certainly recommend the florest in Dulwich who delivered the flowers. The recipients were delighted.

I ordered a lovely bouquet for next day delivery. I had a call the morning of delivery to say the florist couldn't fulfil what I had ordered online for the day I chose and offered an alternative arrangement or a different day. Not impressed, particularly as next day delivery carried a charge. The flowers when they were delivered were gorgeous and well received.
These flowers were well received and I was told by the recipient that "they are absolutely gorgeous"! I was sent a picture of them and a little disappointed that not much gypsophila was in the bouquet as illustrated in the picture on the website, hense the four stars. But overall, the flowers were fresh, arrived in good time and not too expensive. The balloon and card that were sent with the flowers were of good quality. I would use Interflora again.
Very good service arrived as requested and beautifully wrapped. Very good value for money. All the flowers, chocolate truffles were outstanding. The service was faultless my thanks for putting a big smile on my Wife's face.
I unfortunately didn't get to see the gift myself other than ordering so cannot really make a comment....but i did find out that they were delivered on time as promised....I assume they were as good as i expect so therefore rate blindley...
I have ordered these flowers a few times at different locations, but I was disappointed this time. The bunch was a bit empty and not very well presented. Some of the roses had brown edges on them already. For the price no fair value this time. Since it was for my new wife on our wedding day, a disappointing choice.
I ordered this extra large rose bouquet for my wife's 40th birthday. I wanted somethnig special. When it arrived I nearly cried. The bouguet was half the size as shown on the picture. The roses wasn't open at all and one of the roses in the middle was broken. I will never order from this flowershop again.
