We were extremely pleased with our order. I contacted Interflora over the phone as i required 3 bunches of flowers to be delivered to the same address for different people and was concerned i may be charged for delivery 3 times. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and ensure the correct flowers reached the intended recipient. Very happy and will most certainly use again!
Was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the gift bag looked cheap, and all the stalks were visible. The rose in the centre was already half dead. The other flowers weren't far behind.This is the second time that bouquets have been delivered from this particular florist which have caused disappointment on someone's special day.
These flowers were ordered to deliver as a gesture of congratulations to a new mummy. We were pleased with the service and the recipient was happy with what she described as a pretty bouquet of flowers! The only thumbs down i would give is the ordering process - i found that the website was slow and kept crashing and i think delivery charges should be abit lower for on the same-day delivery.
Straight forward ordering online, flowers delivered morning of day requested. I ordered the flowers for a friend's birthday. I didn't see the flowers, but my friend said they were lovely and really liked that they came in the bag so no need to re-vase them!
The first phone call from Interflora was to tell me that the florist didnt have one of the types of flowers that are supposed to be in the arrangement, they did say they would replace with more in the same colour scheme but i had no idea what was being delivered really. I would have put up with this but they also told me the extra chocolates would not look the same, the packaging was different. This was annoying but not the end of the world. Then i received a second phone call to let me know that the delivery would not be an AM delivery (that i had paid more for) but would get there 2 hours after that. I also had to request a refund for the extra delivery amount, they should have offered this! Instead i was made to feel like i was being unreasonable, if you cant deliver this service then dont offer it. Then i got a third phone call to say that the second delivery estimate of arrival at 13:45 would not be met because there was no driver available, it would be more like three but they werent sure when. My mother did get her flowers in the end but not on her birthday, she went out before they were delivered. So overall not impressed with the customer service at all, if i had known it was so difficult for you to deliver what you are offering on time, i would have had them delivered the day before on a weekday. Or better yet, chosen another supplier!
