Very Poor Quality
The flowers arrived on time as usual.
However the quality of the roses were very poor.
None of the roses had bloomed when delivered and after 2 days only 1 rose bloomed, the rest just wilted and died.
I had bought the flowers for my wife as a surprise. So I was very disappointed as being a long term customer for interflora, this is not the standard I expect.
I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by Interflora!
The recipient of the flowers was not at home and the flowers were misplaced. I called the customer service line to try to trace the flowers and was told that the note on the delivery was that flowers have been left in the garage.
However, there is no garage in the house. Pretty amazing isn't it!
best roses on Earth
Some of the best quality flowers I have ever seen in a bouquet. Delivered to my wife on time, with all her peers and staff watching agog to see who they were being delivered to!! Fantastic
more berries than roses, roses faded dramatically after 3 days., despite saying offer of 50% more flowers in the bunch cant see how that was possible.

This was a beautiful bouquet to send to my parents for their 40th Wedding Anniversary. It was excellent value for money, as the roses looked very classy. It was sent to them a week ago and is still looking fresh, they are thrilled with it.
Wedding Anniversary Bouquet
Lovely bouquet of Red Roses which were ordered for my wife for our Wedding Anniversary. No issue with the price or the delivery service and the bouquet was most suitable for a Wedding Anniversary.
My only slight disappointment was that, despite making full use of the "feed" supplement, the flowers having been delivered on a Monday afternoon were, by the Friday afternoon, dead, which I felt was rather quick and not up to your usual standard.
Really beautiful flowers, but do not get the free delivery on our special day they arrived at 4pm, but to be fair the free delivery states times between 8am till 6pm
Save your money and your blushes
I paid extra to have more flowers as a surprise to my wife on her Birthday. While they arrived around mid-day, they were in a soggy box. The flowers were mostly small and closed petal, then died the next evening before they even opened . I was so embarrassed and looked cheap even though I paid a lot for such poor quality flowers. With regret, I will never use Interflora again.
Everything was absolutely perfect....my wife said I had excelled myself...

Beautiful flowers, lousy delivery
These were birthday roses sent to my 84 year old mother in England. This was her message to me:
I must speak to you about them as the carrier was not very satisfactory and you should tell interflora about it. The rose stems were very dry when I got them as they had been repacked by YODEL ( the carrier ) and they had left the stems out of any water. They left them on the front doorstep where I had left a notice " If no reply come to back door" I have had them in a bucket of water hoping they will be ok as it is a beautiful bouquet.
So interflora good, their subcontractors, not so!

Do not have one
This bouquet is stunning! The quality of flowers is excellent. Different sizes of red roses, the contrasting red berries are a lovely change. Had to get a new vase to fit them all in. Audrey Asquiths of Keighley design the best quality arrangements I've seen. Use them time and time again.

Mum was simply blown away by the flowers which were delivered to her home in the UK on her 70th Birthday. I live in the Caribbean so I wanted to be sure the flowers and Champagne got there OK so I went with a trusted brand. I went with all red roses and got a free delivery plus 50% extra free which made the display look really impressive - days later Mum is still saying the flowers look fresh and new - which is all I want to hear really that she is happy. She even sent me pictures to prove it! Thanks Interflora for making Mum happy on her special day and me happy too...

It certainly looked like a nice amount of flowers for that price. Having said that, given that I chose the Extra Large option, I doubt it actually included the promoted 50% extra. If it did, then this was overpriced.
Now the way it looked - It looked as if the shop simply tied four smaller bunches together rather than making one big one.
Which is fine obviously, as this is something you can do yourself quickly. But it just looks rushed.
As for the quality - they looked a bit older and some roses felt really really soft, so pretty much dead already.
The quality itself seems low in general. Despite following the instructions (warm water + flower feeding stuff) they looked quite sad the following day already and we have quite a cool house. I doubt they make it another day.

When the flowers arrived the box was damaged and soaking wet when opened the flowers were ok but no water in the pot so had to put in water strait away to rescue them
