I ordered the Bouquet as a gift for my Fiancés birthday last Monday as i was working away from home at the time. they were delivered on time with no problems but as for the quality of the flowers? My partner couldn't believe how many broken stems and how quickly the others began to droop even after following the care instructions to the letter. I'm very sorry I chose Inter-flora now and regret paying so much for such a poor Bouquet. No, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
bought these flowers for our aunt for her 70th birthday, and I have to say everything about this order was perfect. Our aunt says they were beautiful, the flowers were fresh and still are one week on. The fragrance was stunning and still is. This was the first time i have used Interflora. The site was user friendly and well laid out. There is a good spread of options to choose from in terms of pricing,variety,season and design.The flowers were for my Mothers birthday, who was a florist for many years.So no pressure. They were delivered by 09.30am on the day requested. She was absolutely delighted with colours, variety of blooms and the presentation.
Would have been five stars but the flowers were delivered on the day I ordered and not the day that I had requested them to be delivered - not the end of the world but would have been nice for them to be delivered on the day of my wife and I's anniversary. Other than that it was a lovely bunch of flowers, and lasted10 days which I think is good?!
Bouquet and plant arrived at the correct address in England, on time and perfectly presented, the courier was polite and patient (Considering security systems to get in) Flowers were absolutely spot on and presentations certainly exceeded expectations. The wine was a good choice and chocolates were of a good make and not cheap rubbish. Overall mark for ability to book on line, speak with a customer representative to add more to the order, timing of arrival, quality of products. 10/10 Well done Interflora :-)
I added a note that I want the flowers to be delivered in the morning and they did come at 8am which was fantastic, my girlfriend didnt suspect a thing :D The flowers themselves were beautiful and not it has been a week and they are still blooming.
My wife informed me that the Autumn bouquet she received was plentiful, fresh, colourful, and a great mixture of her favourite flowers. She couldn't believe how happy the flowers made her feel during her birthday celebration.
I have used Interflora several times and although I have never been over the moon with the products I have been relatively satisfied. On a positive note, ordering is always easy and they always deliver on time. They are very reliable. This time, when ordering online, I selected the option to 'super size' by bouquet. Sadly the reality did not live up to the picture. without being specific I paid over seventy pounds for the flowers alone, not including delivery, and they were the most average bunch of flowers I have ever seen. I do not recommend paying to increase the size and if there is any difference I can't see it. I ordered a bouquet of balloons to go with the flowers. Unfortunately these did not match the picture in colour or design. All in all I don't think I got good value for money.
Booked the flowers for delivery on 19/10/13. Realised on 12/10/13 that they should have been delivered that day, Phoned Interflora at 12:30 to explain my error. They contacted the florist whilst I was on the phone and arranged delivery for that day. Flowers were delivered at 14:00 ( 90 minutes later ) with no extra charge. Now that is what I call exceptional service. And credit to the local florist for delivering a quite stunning and aromatic bouquet. I paid top end for a larger bouquet but even so even I was impressed with the quality and service. Oh, and the recipient was overwhelmed. All in all, a good day, a very happy birthday had, a marriage saved and all thanks to Interflora. THANK YOU
Phone call received to confirm change of rose colour. My wife has described it as the best bouquet she has ever received. The colours were amazing and the bouquet just kept getting bigger and bigger as the flowers opened. It also last over 2 weeks. It certainly put me in the good books
