The recipient of the gift wasn't at home when the flowers were delivered. They returned home to find them on their doorstep. They were delighted with the gesture and the flowers. I would have preferred if the flowers were left with a neighbour, for safe keeping, but perhaps this was not possible.

Very disappointing service

Flowers ordered were for my best friend in sympathy - the loss of his Mother. I selected next day delivery. This was a difficult time for me too - this woman was very dear to me. Received a phone call on the morning of expected delivery at around 10.00am saying driver couldn't find address. Florist wanted to speak with the recipient of the flowers - I said no, it wasn't appropriate since his Mum had died the night before. After getting off the phone to the florist, had no choice but to ring my friend and found out he was spending much of the day at his parents' house. Phoned the florist back, asked for them to be delivered there instead.Was advised they would "be there soon." Had to ring the florist back 4 hours later - no sign of the flowers. They said they would be there within half an hour. 2 hours later, still no flowers. Phoned the main interflora line and was again told they would there within half an hour. They arrived after 4 just as my friend was leaving. Total farce. Not something I wanted to be organising and stressing about the day after losing a dear friend. Won't order again.

I've tried other flower delivery services and even though Interflora are a little more expensive, the quality, reliability and delivery are second to none and worth every penny. Beautiful flowers delivered on time and excellent communication throughout.

Bit disappointed in this bunch of flowers. It was bought for a leaving gift however the the bunch was very small and the roses did not look very fresh.
