Find out more about our delivery services: Offices For office deliveries, please ensure you include the company name and full address of the recipient. We are unable to accept orders where full address information has not been supplied. Please note that orders will be delivered to the reception at the address supplied, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order. Funerals For deliveries to funerals, we will need to know the name of the deceased, the delivery address and the day and time of the funeral. When ordering funeral flowers, it is possible to request a specific time for your delivery to be made - this service is available only for orders placed for delivery to the location of a funeral service. To share your thoughts with the family through a delivery to the home, please select from our Sympathy Flowers range - your order will be delivered during opening hours of your local Interflora florist 9am to 6pm. We have a wide selection of Funeral Flowers which have been arranged in a number of different styles - Sprays, Baskets, Posies, Tied Sheafs, Pillows & Cushions and Hearts. Our floristry experts will also create Personalised Tributes to fit more individual requests. Please note products within the Simply Interflora, Plants and Faux Flowers ranges are not suitable for funeral deliveries as despatch is made using Royal Mail and courier services. Hospitals We can deliver to hospitals, when ordering please ensure you include the recipient's surname, full address of the hospital and ward name or number on the order form. Hotels We'll happily accept orders requiring delivery to a hotel, however, when placing your order please ensure you have included the full address of the hotel, telephone number, recipients room number (if known) and name of tour company (if applicable). Please note that orders will be delivered to the hotel reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery. We don't recommend sending Simply Interflora products to these locations as certain deliveries will be made by post. Also, delivery of Plants and Wine are unsuitable as courier services will be used. Ships If you require an order to be delivered to a ship, please include the date and time the ship is sailing or docking and the recipient's cabin number (if known) on your order form. Please note that orders will be delivered to the ship/port reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order. We don't recommend sending Simply Interflora products to these locations as certain deliveries will be made via post. Also, delivery of Plants and Wine are unsuitable as courier services will be used. PO Boxes & BFPO addresses We will happily accept flower orders for delivery to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses (with exception of Simply Interflora). When ordering, please supply a telephone number for the recipient and specify the PO Box or BFPO number in the first line of the recipient's address.
