Letterbox Flowers

How Interflora does letterbox flowers

We’ll always be Team Florist when it comes to buying blooms, but we know that sometimes that doesn’t always work out. You might need the flowers to arrive as unobtrusively as possible. You might be sending them to a creative sort who prefers to do their own arranging. You might want to send a little treat instead of a grander gesture. Enter: Interflora letterbox flowers.

Letterbox blooms that celebrate birth flowers

Our letterbox flowers don’t include any old petals, the box for each month will include and celebrate the relevant birth flower (did you know each month has a flower associated with it, a bit like birth stones.) This makes them ideal for birthdays and brings a touch of extra meaning to their special delivery. To find out more about birthday flowers read our all you need to know guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

The flowers are chosen by hand for quality in a central workshop, and then carefully packed in a clever box that fits easily through a letterbox (the clue’s in the name!) so no one needs to sign for them or be around when they arrive.

Of course! You’ll be able do before you checkout. We’ll make sure they arrive for that special day.

Yes, don’t worry about them – the clever packaging is expertly designed to keep them safe on their journey  (and it’s even recyclable or biodegradable too!) They’ll probably arrive in bud as well, which means they’ll be as fresh as possible and they’ll bloom while in the vase. Our letterbox blooms are delivered without water, so they will just need a good drink when they arrive to start looking their best.

They’ll stay fresh for at least 7 days, anything less and we’ll put it right.

Yes! A little card with your personal message will be included.

No dramas – that’s the beauty of letterbox flowers: no one needs to be home to sign for them. The box is designed to fit through the letterbox and land straight on the doormat. But if for any reason this can’t happen don’t worry, the courier will always leave a card explaining what to do next.
