Seb & Jen’s love story started with a gin and tonic which then grew into The Spirit of Manchester Distillery which is located in six beautifully restored Grade-II* listed arches in the heart of Manchester city centre. Our distillery is also a leading visitor attraction, with immersive experiences like tours, tastings and gin-making experiences.

We're delighted to team up with Interflora as we're situated underneath the venue where the Interflora World Cup is taking place. We’ll be developing a stunning floral-inspired drinks menu for the event as well as teaming up with the best bars in Manchester to create a ‘cocktail trail’ within the city. These bars will all offer cocktails (inspired by something floral) so you’ll be able to make the most of all Manchester’s favourite bars before & after the event. Our Three Little Words world-class cocktail bar, located in the arches adjoining the distillery, will also be taking part in this.

Some of our well-known rose varieties which you may have interacted with before include; Madam Red, Jumilia, Confidential, Lighthouse, and Madam Cerise just to name a few.

For years we ventured into the breeding of spray roses and now we have an established line of spray roses too.
